Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or design

We do not require customers to return defective items unless specifically instructed.


Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing.
